What You’ll Do

• Be the first impression for every Quick Lube customer
• Write service tickets and recommend manufacturer required maintenance
• Keep the flow moving between customers and techs
• Deliver a fast, friendly, no-hassle experience

(This role is the key connection between the customer and the shop—driving the entire service experience.)

What We Want

• Someone who brings energy, urgency, and positivity every day
• Great communicator who can connect with customers quickly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Sales mindset (helping customers, not hard-selling them)
• Detail orientated focusing on accuracy
• Automotive experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
